Seniors One Step Closer to Graduation

By Alyssa Kurak

Congratulations, seniors! You are almost half way through your last year of high school!

Cap and gown orders were held January 14 and 15 during all lunch bells. Graduation might be in June, but it is approaching fast. If you did not get a chance to order a cap and gown this week, you can go to nygrad.com to place your order.

Along with graduation, other exciting things are coming up. These things include the 100-day celebration, which is in the planning process, the senior trip, and the senior dinner dance.

Fundraisers are being held to help pay for these upcoming events.

Senior class advisor Mrs. Killian said, "Currently, there is frozen pizza, cookies, and pretzels, along with Gertrude Hawk fundraisers, going on right now, but we will be doing popcorn, Chocolate Pizza Company, candles, and a couple other ones to help seniors pay for the trip and dance tickets. Don't miss out."

Something to look forward to is your final high school yearbook. If you did not submit a picture for the year book, see yearbook advisor Mrs. Honeywell, who said she does not yet have a picture for every student.

To make sure you do not miss out on any information, make sure you are in the senior Remind. To join, text @kh77b to 81010.
