It's here! Bodley's Got Talent, the school's annual talent show, is tonight. The event, which is put on by HOPE (Helping Other People Everywhere) Club, begins at 6:30 p.m.
Make sure you come and support everyone participating. It is only a $5 donation to get in. All money raised will be going to YMCA Girls Rock, a local program, and The Spring: Charity Water.
Senior Jea Adams, who is singing tonight, said, "I'm excited to be a part of Bodley's Got Talent this year. It's my first time singing in front of a crowd and there's no better place to do it."
The judges this year are Special Education teacher Mrs. Cronk, Chemistry teacher Mr. Morse, and German teacher Mrs. Ruggio.
Retired English teacher Mr. Senecal will host the event.
Senior Luke Kimball, who is performing his stand-up comedy routine, said, "I am beyond excited to embarrass myself with comedy and make others laugh."
HOPE Club advisor Ms. Palmer said, "Bodley's Got Talent is such positive event and the HOPE Club members have worked very hard to make it great. I am looking forward to the event and hoping that a lot of people come out to support our students and that we are able to raise a lot of money for two awesome charities."
Everyone should come to the high school tonight and support the performers and the charities! See you there!
