A new school year usually brings new staff to our school. This year, GRB students were lucky enough to get Ms. Liotta.

Before coming here to teach, she taught in Syracuse.

So far, she is really enjoying her time at GRB. She said, "I love it here. It's the best. The students and staff are wonderful."

Ms. Liotta teaches in the Alternative Education wing. She teaches science classes, including Earth Science, Environmental Science, and Biology.

Outside of school, Ms. Liotta enjoys reading and loves spending time with and playing with her three children.

Alternative Education Coordinator Mr. Waldron said, "On the first day, the connections she made with students were unparalleled to anything I had ever seen before."

He added, "Her knowledge of science content is extensive and she's able to bring students to the next level of understanding."
