The City of Fulton Parks and Recreation department recently announced that this year's Christmas tree lighting will be occurring on Thursday, December 5. The lighting will be happening from 5-8 p.m.
The activities will be happening both inside and outside of the City Hall area. Emceeing this year's event is GRB's own Alex Blaine. Blaine is a senior.

Kids and parents both enjoy going to the Christmas tree lighting.
Junior Jayda Borrow said, "When I was younger I always enjoyed all the activities."
"I go with my family every year and I always have fun," junior Madison Johnson said.
Junior Katie Bevacqua noted, "I used to go when I was younger. The activities were always fun."
Most agree the Christmas tree lighting is always a fun family night out.
The coordinators are hoping lots of families stop out for a night of fun. Everyone is welcome.
