How to Stay Active in Quarantine

Since you are quarantine, it does not mean you can't stay fit. There are many workouts you can do to stay in shape and stay healthy!

Some of the many activities you can do is take a walk on a local nature trail. Senior Nick Vant stated, "I walk the trail everyday. It's nice to get out of the house and get some fresh air."

Senior Trey Pagent goes on a bike ride every morning with his family. He stated he enjoys the competition between his siblings. He also said he enjoys "winning bragging rights."

Senior Tyler Emeterio takes this time to play catch with his little brother. He said, "I enjoy how much me and my brother are bonding."

There are many things you still can do that will fill your day with fun memories and keep you active.
