The Senior Dinner Dance is coming up fast!

Seniors are getting ready for the final dance of their high school careers. Tickets are 60 dollars each and are being sold starting on May 31 during bells 1, 3, and Guided Study Hall. Tickets are also available bell 6 on Monday, June 3 and Monday, June 10.

If students wish to take a date from another school, they must get a permission slip from Mrs. Hughes in the main office. This slip should be filled out, signed by parents of both dates, and signed by both students' school principals.

Senior Kaleb Calkins said, "I'm taking my girlfriend to Senior Dinner Dance who doesn't go to our school and the process was very long."

For this reason, students are advised to get the form filled out as soon as possible.

The Class of 2019's Senior Dinner Dance is on June 14 at Alex's on the Water located in Oswego. The dance will be from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Senior Class Advisor Mrs. Killian e-mailed a detailed letter to all parents of seniors stating that to attend Senior Dinner Dance, students are required to attend school for at least a half day on June 14. Students must also have no more than 10% unexcused full-day absences, no more than 10% unexcused tardies to school, a cumulative passing average, and fewer than 50 discipline points.

Students are getting prepared with dresses and nice shoes and are getting more and more excited for the last high school dance they will attend.

Senior Jea Adams said ¨I'm so excited to be celebrating graduation with all my peers at our last school dance, the Senior Dinner Dance.¨
