On Sunday, January 26, the Symphoria youth orchestras had their performance at H. W. Smith auditorium. Two G. Ray Bodley students, senior Andrew Smith and senior Vita-Marie Dean, performed with the most advanced symphony orchestra, the Symphoria Young Artists Orchestra.

GRB Band Director Mr. Caviness said, "The program put together a phenomenal performance that was captivating and I'm really glad that I attended."

Dean, Principal Second Chair Flutist, said, "With the limited amount of practice time everything really came together to make a fantastic performance."

The youngest group, the Symphoria Youth String Orchestra (SYSO), conducted by Rebecca Dodd, performed the following:

-Soon Hee Newbold: A Pirate's Legend

-J.S. Bach, arr. Deborah Baker Monday: The Joy of Bach

-Sondheim/Bernstein: Somewhere from West Side Story

-William Hofeldt: Toccata

Following the performance of the SYSO, the Symporia Youth Repertory Orchestra, conducted by Karen Veverka, performed the following piece:

- Dvorak: Slavonic Dance No. 1 op. 46

To wrap up the astonishing concert, the Symphoria Young Artists Orchestra, conducted by Christian Capocaccia, played:
