The SAT test at G. Ray Bodley is on Saturday, June 1. If you are planning to take this SAT test, then you should already be signed up, but do not worry if you have not signed up as there will be more opportunities to take the SAT. If you are a senior and plan to attend college, you should have taken the SAT by now and, if not, you should sign up or take it as soon as possible.
If you are taking the test this weekend, remember to bring the proper supplies, including your own graphing calculator (make sure the calculator you bring is allowed), two pencils, and two pens. If you bring a bag, you have to leave it at the front of the room. The same is true of phones or other electronic devices.
Senior Ean Stevenson explained his strategy for the test and said, "You have to answer a lot of questions in a short amount of time. Pace yourself and if you don't know something, skip it and come back to it."
Junior Lexi Lighthall said, "I've taken 2 PSATs and heard those always seem harder so I'm going into this SAT with the best hopes and if all else fails, I have time to take it again. I feel prepared enough from Algebra 2 and such."
Junior Andrew Smith said, "I told myself I would do SAT prep and I've done nothing. Good thing I'm going to music school."
Don’t forget to study and take practice tests to help you prepare for the SAT. There are many practice tests online that you can find at the website below.

Good luck, Red Raiders!
