Members of the girls indoor track team went to the SRC arena to compete in Sectionals on February 8. They brought a total of 11 girls and scored a total of 12 points.

Sophomore Abby Mainville stated, “I ran the 1000 and placed second overall for class A with a new personal record of 3:19.”

Junior Mary Jerred, junior Ella Hicks, junior Meilin Lamana and Mainville placed fifth with a season personal record of 11:28.

Mainville added, “Our team has improved from past years and is working harder everyday to reach our goal of placing higher at Sectionals. I have high hopes about next year's indoor success."
