It was recently announced that the National Technical Honor Society will be turned into the high school's Robotics Club.

National Technical Honor Society advisor Dr. Matteson said, "I was surprised to hear about the recent decision to transition GRB's Technology Honor Society to a robotics club. It was an honor to be a part of a club that recognized students who achieved high levels of success in the technology and engineering classroom."

She added, "I am proud of the Technology Honor Society members and the work that they put in this year to increase awareness of technology and engineering at GRB and the community through their participation in Tech Wars and the development of technology and engineering projects for next year. I am hopeful that the new robotics club will meet the needs of many GRB students."
