to lilit rađa demone
to lilit rađa demone
na uskome putu, prašnjavom
usred letnje jare
prema meni ide, gle
kolona!
voze mrtvo telo
dugački modri sanduk
od plastike
plav kao nebo
kao perunike
jedna baba sa strane
crna i mokra od znoja
deli pasulj
gust i mastan
posmrtna povorka
mokra od bola
ljudi, plastične porcije
okrećem se i gledam,
gde sam to ja
kad najednom
na tom putu užarenom
za kolonom ide, gle
lilit!
crvena i crna
hoda prema meni
u daljini
patke...
... život se kotrlja
ne prođe dugo, kad
modri sanduk
nastavi
i moje telo s njim
putevima uskim, prašnjavim
a povorka ona mokra
sa mirisom znoja, bola
posta mutna senka
živa groba
ona priđe
kad ispred mene otvori se, gle
more!
narandžasta voda poče da se gasi
nesta sunca
nesta puta prašnjavoga
nesta jare
samo mir
i mrtvo more
to lilit rađa demone
that’s lilith giving birth to demons
on the narrow road
in the scorching heat
look, a row of people
is approaching me!
they drive a dead body
long blue plastic coffin
blue as sky
as irises
aside an old woman
black and wet with sweat
passing out some thick and buttery beans
funeral procession
wet from all that pain
people, plastic portions
i’m looking around
to see where i stand
suddenly on that
incandescent road
following the people
look, that’s lilith coming!
black and red she is
walking towards me
in the distance
ducks…
…life is rolling slowly
didn’t take so long
when the bluish coffin
kept on going further
and my body within
following the roads narrow and dusty
the procession wet
with the smell of sweat
became misty shadow
of a living grave
she came nearer to me
when suddenly sea
right out of nowhere flashed in front of me!
orange water ceased to shine
sun was gone
the dusty road
and the heat, too
just a peace and quiet
and the dead sea
that’s lilith giving birth to demons
