Dear Pierre,
I believe that Bành Chân is Peng Zhen (1902-1997), who was Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China. Đào Chú did pay a visit to Vietnam in 1960 and was welcomed by President Ho Chi Minh. His Chinese name is Tao Zhu (1908-1969), and he was Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Committee and Commander of the Guangzhou Military Region, among other high-ranking positions. Other information regarding these two officials could be found on the Internet.

The first one is Peng Zhen, another very senior official and Party secretary of Beijing (among other roles), also brought down as one of the most prominent victims of the early Cultural Revolution.
Both Peng and Tao were fully rehabilitated in the late 1970s and Peng was one of the leading forces in China’s Party-led legal reforms after 1976.

A Vietnamese (Archives3) document dated July 1967 mentions the names of Chinese officials accused by Mao of embracing revisionist tendencies. The names have been rendered into Vietnamese. I can't figure out the following two: 1) Bành Chân and 2) Đào Chú.
