For the 2002 study, the print publication, "Result of the Survey on
Households Living Standards 2002" from the Statistical Publishing House,
Hanoi, 2004, offers 2 pages of introduction to how the survey was
conducted, from 15-16, before offering a summary of the results, followed
by detailed results.
