Hi all,

What would be the most appropriate readings to look at for

consideration of the accumulation of individual power among top

leaders in Vietnam's current political structure. In particular, I'm

actually fishing for confirmation of my own general impression that

Vietnam's "democratic centralism" and regular turnover of Politburo

members has resulted in relatively lower accumulation of individual

power than in other authoritarian states.
