Dear Robert,

There was a change of names several times from April 1975 to the 1990's... There are Bình Ngọc and Bình Kiến...

I could not find Bình Tín... "Tín" is a familiar word in many administrative names during the RVN time. Maps of

Tuy Hoà are available on the web... you may be able to locate "Bình TÍnh" there.

Best,

Ngô Thanh Nhàn

Greetings all,

I'm looking for the correct way to accent "Binh Tin." It was a hamlet in Tuy Hòa, Phú Yên during the American War. So far my best guesses are Bình Tín or Bình Tin. Any help is greatly appreciated.
