Subject: [Vsg] report on last week's conference in Berkeley?

Hi, on Monday I ran into a traveler returning from the conference last

week in Berkeley on Democracy and Development in Viet Nam.

But I'm not going to give a second-hand account about matters I have

only a citizen's interest in. Would someone who was there report on the

discussion?
