Subject: [Vsg] rebellion in North Vietnam 1968?

Dear VSG’ers,

I write with a “fact or myth” question. Did a large-scale anti-regime uprising occur in the highlands of North Vietnam during the Fall of 1968, particularly involving the Hmong ethnic minority? I believe this has been discussed before on this list, but I couldn’t find the discussion in the email archives.

With best wishes, David Del Testa
