I am looking for a digital copy of Lê Quý Đôn's "Toàn Việt Thi Lục." I know there is a microfilm of it at Cornell, but I was hoping someone might know of or have a digitized copy of the text. And in my secret dreams, I hope that there is a modern collated edition out there somewhere, like there is for Vân Đài Loại Ngữ. If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful. Repayment in drinks at AAS.

I'm afraid your best bet is Cornell's microfilm of Henri Maspéro's copy of the Toàn Việt Thi Lục at the Société Asiatique in Paris. It's the least incomplete of the extant manuscripts of this work (comprising books 1-15+16 out of 20 books [according to Phan Huy Chú's bibliographic entry]).
The Hán Nôm Institute has 11 manuscript copies in various degrees of incompleteness (either 15 out of 20 books, or 26 books of an alternative source text). Other than Hà Minh who wrote a dissertation on the work in 2007, I doubt anybody has digitized copies of it on hand. You might find this article of his useful:

If you just want a small sample for class, perhaps you can use the unmarked single book from the National Library digital collection under the title "Toàn Việt thi" + "quyển [blank]" Call number R.2199. I suspect it correlates to Book 8 of the Maspéro text, covering poets from the Lê dynasty ["quốc triều"], but here just Lê/[Nguyễn] Trãi, and Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm.

Unfortunately the quốc ngữ collection Lê Quý Đôn toàn tập from 1977-78 is a big misnomer, and only includes 3 of his works: (1) Phủ Biên Tạp Lục; (2) Kiến Văn Tiểu Lục; (3) Đại Việt Thông Sử. So it's far from complete and won't be of any help to you. A modern collated edition of Lê Quý Đôn's complete works remains a pipe dream, I'm afraid.
