Subject: [Vsg] EFEO HCMC welcomes scholars seeking office space

Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to inform you that the office of the École Française d’Extrême-Orient (EFEO) in Ho Chi Minh City is open to both foreign and Vietnamese scholars seeking office space in a friendly and intellectually stimulating environment. Junior and senior scholars based in HCMC or visiting are welcome to use our facilities during working hours.

The EFEO is conveniently located in the heart of the city at 113 Hai Ba Trung Street, District 1, in a building that formerly housed a section of the French lycée and is now affiliated with the Consulate General of France. This space is designed to facilitate scientific networking, academic discussion, and collaboration.

If you are interested in using the facility, please reach out to Olivier Tessier (EFEO representative in HCMC, olivier.tessier@efeo.net) or Nicolas Lainez (nicolas.lainez@ird.fr).

Thank you, and we look forward to welcoming scholars in HCMC!

Best wishes,

Nicolas Lainez & Olivier Tessier
