For those of you who are interested the decision by the Court of Appeals to dismiss the Vietnamese lawsuit against the chemical companies that produced Agent Orange and the other herbicides is now up on our website. Also on the site is the transcript from the oral argument of the appeal last June. Hi Susan and Catharin,
I am glad to hear that the War Legacies Project is taking shape as an independent concern. The Web site looks great. I hope it goes without saying that if you need a Washington-based volunteer, I would be pleased to help.
