Use of Public Space and Public Property Issues in Vietnam: Thong Nhat Park and the Novotel Hanoi on the Park
From: Sidel, Mark

A colleague in Vietnam has sent me a number of articles relating to a new dispute over public property in Hanoi - the usage of part of Thong Nhat Park to build a new luxury hotel. Some VSG readers, including some of those involved in the property workshop at Harvard, this May, may be interested in this dispute. The links are below, with thanks to the person who sent them to me - I had not yet focused on this.
Best wishes.
