Cut down Saphenous vein ข้อเท้า
The great saphenous vein is the vessel most commonly used for the venous cutdown,
followed by basilic vein.
The ankle is the most common site for this procedure because of the predictable and superficial location of the vein in this area. Saphenous vein at the groin is another site.

-เหนือและหน้าต่อ ตาตุ่มเท้าด้านหน้าประมาณ 1 cm
[The vein is located 1 cm anterior and 1 cm superior to the medial malleolus.]
วิธีการหาเส้น ต่างจากตำแหน่ง bacillic vein ที่ข้อศอก
-ที่ข้อเท้า เมื่อเปิดแผลแล้วให้ Focep จับ subcutaneous tissue ยกขึ้น
ใช้ clamp สอด แล้ว ให้ clean หาเส้น vein นั้น จะพบได้ไม่ยาก
