An excellent breeze, but OMG was it cold at the Bus Stop.
Eight skippers braved the cold this afternoon to race in a solid SSE breeze that was right in their faces.
John 201 tore up the first few races and then others got used to the conditions and had a go at winning a race or two. A very competitive fleet of sailors today.
Craig 987 joined us again today and enjoyed the open water racing. His nice sails were working hard today. Tim 144 and Clive 997 tried their B Rigs then went back to A. I saw Merv 188 searching in the rushers for 188 that had gone walkabout. Merv made a good recovery without slipping into the lake, then 188 was out racing again. I bailed out early due to the cold, but managed to take some photos first.
Three RTW's with wins going to hot sailors of the day, Tim 144, John 201, and Nigel 168.
