A cool ,but pleasant afternoon at The Bus Stop.

Twelve keen sailors enjoyed a cool afternoon fun racing in a cool, light NW breeze. Nigel 168 set a fair course that took us through a notorious soft spot that was a constant reminder of "don't count your chickens before they hatch". One could enter the region nicely placed and come out down the drain, yes, it's buoy 8.

Garry 54 unfortunately broke his goose neck, but fortunately had his A+Rig with him, so a quick rig change and he was back in business. He kindly took a 30sec handicap and continued enjoying his afternoon racing. The handicap stretched his ability at times, especially in the region of No 8.

Three tough RTW's were raced with Clive 997, Pete 179 and Nigel 168 taking line honours.
