DF65's at the Bus Stop

Getting prepared to go racing today was a bit dodgy. It was raining heavily so Nigel 168 and I had an online meeting to figure out what we would do. I checked the rain radar and that was very positive so we were on for racing.

I was a little late arriving, and by that time there were ten boats on the start line, but the wind was very light. A gated course was set east to west. We managed to race quite a few races with no rain, but it was cold. Plenty of layers on the skippers backs today.

There were quite a lot of helpful comments about Nigel's latest windsock installed today on our wind pole. I can't elaborate on the discussion as Facebook may have edited it out.

An enjoyable, but cold day with excellent fun sailing.
