More of the same at The Bus Stop.
Twelve starters were ready to race today, but once again, the wind didn't arrive. It was very light mainly from the east and at full time it was down to nothing. Nigel 168 set a short course and we raced generally slowly with short bursts of light breeze to get us excited.
Commodore Neville brought T1 to race with us and showed us that it was a very competitive boat. Pete 179 launched without switching on the power and had to be hauled in by Rescue 1.
Two slow RTW,s ended the day, Pat 239 winning race 1 and John 197 put in a blinder by catching a passing patch of wind that pushed him past the leading pack to let him sail first to the line. Well done sailors.
