The biggest crowd for a long time turned up at The Bus Stop to race.

Thirteen boats came out to play this afternoon because the breeze was up, the direction was perfect, and the sun was shining. I checked my Windy App and a screenshot is attached. The prediction was 12 gusting 24 knots SW. It didn't quite go that high, but in the middle part of racing it was right on B Rig. Noone was game to put a B on so we slugged it out. New skippers ,Trevor 22 and John 197 found the higher breeze was somewhat different to what we have had recently. They both sailed well. Paul 737 came for an afternoon of fun and by the smiles on his face I think he succeeded.

We had some demolition on some of the runs, with boats spinning out and underwater mining, great stuff for learning boat handling.

Three hot RTW's today. Rob 501 battled out a win over Colin 990 in race 1, Nigel 168 snuck a win from Rob 501 in the second race, and Pete 179 blitzed the fleet in the third.

Wow, what a fantastic afternoon at The Bus Stop.
