It was almost a spring day at The Bus Stop.

A crisp sunny day was waiting for the eleven skippers who sailed today. A light SE breeze that really gave a number of us issues at No 4 stiffened up a little as the afternoon unfolded. Starting was often tricky as the wind strength dropped and rose giving us a fair chop at times and little to drive our boats through it. Some were left bobbing up and down in irons.

It wasn't easy to win a race today with all of the variables coming into play. Lester 17 got a few wins early on and Mark 488 showed glimpses of form. Lots of happy winners today and a fair number of prangs up at No 4.

Three keen RTW's again today with Pete 179, Nigel 168 and Tim 144 were the winners.
