Mega thanks to Owen who recorded our laps today, thanks heaps.

We turned up 8.30am. Oh No, No Light winds and not from the forecast direction ..... 9am and the whole crew turned up to help setting up. Thanks everyone. The wind tried to come in from the North so we set up a course with a few backups for any possible swings to the west. We dived up sailors and ended up with six DF65 Teams. 10.08am Ken gave us a test start. All good. 10.11am we all started our TRSC 1st DF65 Five Hour Enduro. Yellow 104 and 104plus got out in front early with 23 chasing and the rest of the pack stuck together chasing. From there the gap locked in at 1/2 leg lead and stayed like that for the rest of the day in variable conditions. The Weather Man said it was going to blow, but what did he know. 5 knots max ?? and the last hour drifting light... 292 snuck around the course very quietly, and slowly snuck up into 3rd place midday and got back on the lead lap for a while. Team CN on a skipper change threw there transmitter in the drink. Who knew, Transmitters float if you are quick enough, but not so much the batteries.... A quick boat change and they were back on the track. Tight racing for the whole five hours, The rain did not come to anything but the thunder was impressive. Thanks to everyone for coming down watching and supporting. 3.11pm and Justin on 104 crossed the finishing line closely followed by the rest of the teams. A quick prize giving at 3.20pm, a quick packup and all head home.

Funds from Saturday and Today go to our new Heart Starter fund. Thanks heaps for entries and donations over the weekend.
