A better breeze today to test our sailors.

A nice southwest breeze with gusts probably in the 15 knot range had our sailors making adjustments for better performance. The course board shows the deal for the day. A good start at the windward end of the line helped considerably, even if you were in the second row.

The first few pictures showed that the heat was on during the run.

The little DF65's sometimes got the wobbles giving the skippers a taste of something different to manage.

The top mark had some challenges also, big holes caused by the tree on the point.

The idea was to keep your boat moving up there or get picked off by others.

It was great to see no one getting left way behind and most skippers managed a win.

The skippers are improving each week and again it was great to see advice being shared and a few boat swaps happening.

Let's hope for more of these stronger breezes as winter rolls in.

Get your boat out and get to the Bus Stop on Monday for some more action.

Forecast is 6 knots gusting 13 from NW and we may get a shower.
