Very, Very, very confused Sailor - My Penalty not matching My crime? - I need to read more on this interpretation please if you can point me..

One on One, I am the Port boat and take out a Starboard boat. (Providing I have not caused the Starboard boat damage and they have to retire)

When do I stop doing my turns ???????   See below screenshot

If (as sailed this weekend) and Option (b) is no longer applies.

Only the distance I would have lost on the fleet ducking the Starboard boat, so one turn would be way more than enough fleet loss, so thank you.

Sorry for not giving way starboard boat, but tough luck.  I'm out of here.  This Does not seem fair or right to me...

Please let me know on TRSC New Facebook Page Here if you have more info on this interpretation.

Discussion here from a few people in the know;

A good read if you are interested in rules discussion and how these refinements by us end up being proposed in the next rule book addition.

Alot easier read with below; looks like the penalty may not match the crime until the next rewrite  :(  :(  :(
