Nice winter's day for the DF65's at The Bus Stop.

13 boats and 12 sailors was the count at commencement of proceedings today. I think there was some experimenting going on in one camp .

Wind from the SW and varying to the West from time to time . 1 to 2 knots with some occasional wind pressure holding steady at 4 to 5 knots. Tricking to get your setting right for these wind variations. As a suggestion, set up for what you think and look for opportunities. Going the right way is a good starter. The top mark proving challenging as usual for some with the windward leg having good gains and losses depending on your reading of the wind shifts. A big black thing threatened from the Kaimai's, but the rain held off so we could enjoy our sailing. A good spread of results and plenty of banter making for a great afternoon.

Looking forward to Monday, King's Birthday with points counting and special Trophy up for grabs.
