A keen team at The Bus Stop.
The forecast was for a Northerly strengthening during the afternoon and that is exactly what we got. 14 boats today all fired up by the warm sunshine and a bit of breeze. Nigel 168 gave us a good course for the wind (photo). Up the beat was going well, then mark 8 & 9 presented a challenge and gave options with smart sailing to get around some slower boats. As the day wore on it was noticeable the amount of respect that part of the course got.
The sailing skills of our fleet just get better and better. It is hard to get a row of wins. That makes our sailing days so interesting. One slip and you are out the back door.
Great to see father and son sailing today, Colin 990 and Paul 737. Good to see Clive no number is now getting to grips with his Dragon.
There's a couple of videos on TRSC Facebook page for those on my email list.
