A wonderful afternoon sailing DF65's at The Bus Stop
Eight starters today enjoyed a fantastic day's racing on the lake. Nigel got us going with a good testing course and with Clive 997 on the starter we were into it. Very light and variable wind for the first half hour then it settled from the SSW. Racing then got a bit serious and different tracks up the beat were paying off. Some skippers ground out big wins by picking the right side after getting a good start.
Nigel 168 helped Mike 357 and John 93 tune their boats to the conditions and their performances showed good improvement. They are both sailing well as was John 235.
Three RTW's today, Pete 179 won the first with Nigel 168 making a clean sweep of the other two.
