A white frost morning, but a beautiful afternoon at The Bus Stop.

A fleet of ten with a soft NW breeze that had some mighty shifts made our skippers think today.

Even with the light breeze, everyone sailed remarkably well. A good start was a big help and some of us managed that well today. Once in the bunch, a lot of decisions are made for you which often shows in our results. It's a struggle to get out of a bunch sometimes, but once free it's a good idea to sail as fast as you can in the clean air. So, the name of the game is get clean air as soon as you can and sail fast. (Don't look back)

I noticed today that a number of sailors were coming around the bottom mark then steering up the beat with sails jammed hard in. Get off the tiller and get on to your sails, also read and understand the Facebook post I put on the TRSC page a few days ago.

RTW - three races today, all hard fought. Race 1 to John 201, nice sailing John. Race 2 Rog 501, The Dragon is still breathing fire! Race 3 Kent 717, finally got those beautiful new sails working. Great performances guys.
