The breeze was up, the sun was shining and there was lots of lads itching to have some thrilling sailing. 

A NW with plenty of gusts, lifts, knocks, and holes greeted the sailors. That wind quarter can test your metal and it sometimes leaves you a bit frustrated. However, it is the same for all of us skippers.

Starting was critical today as there weren't many passing lanes. That gave rise to some interesting things going on at the windward end. There are some videos to watch that will show you the situation.

Sorry I haven't got many photos today as my camera is touring in the south island, so they are from my phone.
