By crikey there was a bit of puff down at The Bus Stop!

Eight skippers came down to the lake to see what was happening. For a start we stood around looking at it, then a couple of boats went in and were shooting around sailing nicely, so in went the rest of us. An interesting split of five B Rigs, and three A Rigs. It turned out to be a B Rig breeze and it was coming all the way down the lakeFrom the West.

A gated top and bottom course was appropriate and we got into some exciting sailing. B's were doing well and the A's were struggling. However Nigel 168 sporting his RNB competition sails managed to score a win with the B skippers screaming out for a squall that didn't come.

A spoiler rain squall came in from the Kaimai's that sent us scattering. So it was decided to go home for a cuppa tea and a lie down. An exciting series of races albeit a bit shorter than normal. See you Thursday for another thrilling installment.

Sorry, I didn't have time for photos, as I found a few oldies.

Pete 197 "B" today.
