Poor weather has been a feature over the last couple of weeks and today was no exception. 

That didn't stop five keen skippers having some excellent fun racing. 

We had a nice easterly breeze and the rain stayed away. 

John 292 came down and had a look then went home, had second thoughts then came back to race, thanks John.

Nigel came up with an interesting course, 

The lake level was just below the duck boards, so racing started. 

Rob 501 had checked the rain radar and what it said was what happened - no rain.

The small fleet was great for rounding marks and general behaviour. 

Penalties were easily identified and done. 

We had five winners today. 

They were all sailing while others stayed home.

REMEMBER -  

This Saturday is the club's All Comers Regatta. 

This is a great event to race in. 

Come along and race your mates. 

If you don't want to race then volunteer as a helper to run the event. 

That's also good fun.
