A mirror finish on the water at The Bus Stop

.Eleven keen skippers on the lake today. Conditions very similar to last Thursday. A very light and shifty breeze mostly SE. These nice warm days are nice to be out in, but the weather God could perhaps find a bit more wind for us.

Even though it was light, we still had good racing. Pat 239 was hard to beat and was sailing well. It was great to see John fire up his new No 93 and after a little help tuning from Nigel 168, was away like a shot and enjoying the new experience. Rob 501 was on starter today and by all accounts went home with RSI from pushing the button.

A big cloud came over late , turning the temperature down and killing what little wind there was, so without RTW's being sailed, the plug was pulled.

Pete was crook, so roving reporter Nigel 168 set up this report and photos - thanks Nigel.
