Nine extra keen skippers today sailed some courses they hadn't seen before. Interesting how a change of course requires a change of tactics. It's a good idea to memorise the race board too as some found out.

A Southerly created the confusion. We've had Easterlies for weeks. However, that direction gave opportunities to add in some long legs with a bit more up wind beating than usual. We had a lot of holes to navigate.

John 292 had his boat tuned in and took some beating if he got a good start. Graeme 137 and Nigel 168 hung in there for some good wins. Ian Tim and Colin struggled in the middle. Pete 179 and Rob 50 dragged weed. The Dragons had their fires put out.
