Oh my goodness! It was not suitable for sailing today at The Bus Stop.

Eleven hopeful skippers decided to shoot down to the lake for a bit of racing today. Oh my goodness, they were hopeful alright.

The breeze was from nowhere really, and puff here and a puff from there was the reality of the conditions we faced. Anyway, we were there to sail so that's what we did albeit in small bursts.

Nigel 168 set a short gate course and racing we did. We had a few very slow races and skippers started to withdraw their boats to head off home. So, we pulled the pin at 3.00pm as it was cold and the micro breeze had crumpled out.

I took a few photos of the inaction - enjoy.
