The only place to be today was The Bus Stop.

Sunny and warm with an excellent SSW breeze bought out a fleet of thirteen boats. Racing was fierce with the course giving good opportunities for passing. With the wind swinging a bit to the west, some skippers tried their luck at a port start. Some were successful and made good gains. The pin end of the line got hammered and behavior was generally good.

Today we welcomed guest sailor Andy 110 who was up from Wellington. Andy knocked off some good wins through the afternoon, well done!

It was good to see John 9 out chartering 179 and I saw him win a race, well done John.

Nigel 168 and Pete 197 met with Tony 153, Mike no number and Clive Dragon at the lake on Saturday for a light coaching session. We will be doing another one soon. See the photos.

Another big thanks to Nigel 168 who ripped off his gear and dived into the lake to increase the depth at our launch spot, another well done Nigel.

Enjoy the photos.
