Wow, what a wonderful day to be out in the fresh air and sun enjoying some 'on the edge sailing.'

Eight skippers pitted themselves against a stiff gusty SW breeze and some great racing ensued.

Graham 104 and Garry 54 made the judgement to bring 'B Rigs' and that was probably the correct decision.

There was also a solid chop to power through so settings were critical.

A simple round the buoys course gave quick time racing and resulted in most skippers winning races.

It was exciting seeing the little boats handling the conditions the best they could.

Spin outs, nose dives, knock downs, you name it and it happened.

All that going on and no damage, well done skippers.
