vAutumn sailing at The Bus Stop.

Thirteen sailors on the start line today all ready to race. Pete 448 was on the start gun and he rattled off races in quick succession so there was no time to dawdle. The breeze was south of west and coming all the way down the lake with a nice boat stopping chop. Some skippers found stalling was not the thing to do.

We had some top of A Rig wind at times and handling this was another test. Port tackers on the start and on the top mark caused mayhem. Port biased startlines encourage port starters, but when there is someone doing a starboard start just take it on the chin if you get caught and get out of the way. That wasn't happening today.

Lots of passing going on in very tight racing and that was good to see.

Three RTW races finished a very enjoyable day. Pat 39 won two with Rob 501 taking the other.
