There was a polar blast at The Bus Stop today.
Nine 65's were on the start line today and the breeze was up and from the west which is a good direction. Everyone was rugged up for the weather and were ready to get stuck in.
Pat 39 showed some goods form until the cold got to him and left heading home for a hot drink and get the laundry off the line. We raced hard through varying wind and pulled the pin at 3:30, all frozen and after three RTW's.
As usual the RTW's were hotly contested with the winners for the day being Nigel 168, Pete 197, and Graeme 230. Graeme was knocking on the door all day after a bit of fine tuning, he was elated to have won that last RTW. Well done Graeme.
The light was rough for photos, but I took a few, enjoy.
