A pleasant afternoon fun racing DF65's at The Bus Stop.

Twelve very relaxed sailors brought their boats to the lake for some quiet pleasure. The very light Westerly came and went at times, but that just added to the day. Skippers were able to take time to plan ahead for their next move.

It was notable that the light wind put skippers into a relaxed mode of not having to react quickly to what was happening around them. Penalties were done and racing proceeded.

Nigel 168  set a testing course as usual which most skippers enjoyed.

As the day wore on the breeze dropped further. The RTW was a blinder. Adrian 136 sneaked out of the start to lead at the first mark. He was chased all the way by Pat 39 and Nigel 168. One slip and it was all over for him, but slip he didn't and sailed through the line for a mammoth win. Well done 136.

Enjoy the photos.
