Where did that breeze come from?

Right out of the SW is the answer and as the afternoon wore on it really grew some teeth. Skippers agreed it turned from top end 'A Rig' to 'B Rig' and was tough to sail in, but sail we did, all on 'A Rigs'. Spinouts, nose dives, staggering, all happened to us all at times. However, as usual, fun resulted.

I apologise for my attempt at photos today, I had a malfunction in my camera and I promise to do better on Thursday.

Now to the performance of the day. Kent 717 had his track sorted and time after time managed to sail it with winning success. Start on starboard and get left then head up that side. I saw others trying it, but it was Kent who did it. Well done Kent, you showed us the way.

There were other winners, but often it came down to a bit of luck avoiding the main blast of the wind.

No RTW's today as everyone was flogged, so we just stopped racing, had a quick round up then wandered off home with our tails between our legs. See you Thursday.
