A mind boggling day for DF65 sailors at The Bus Stop.
Ten keen skippers lined upon the start today for some hot racing. The only problem was that the breeze didn't show up. We had super light weather to deal with today. Credit to the skippers, they sailed well using every trick in the book to get to the finish line. Often a light puss was all that was needed to present a big winning margin.
At times it was best to bail out and crawl over to be ready for the start of the next race, and that's ok.
Today Garry 54 stepped as our guest photographer and you will be impressed with his work. He picked up some excellent reflections and videos. Being a bit younger than me shows in his excellent videos, mine tend to be a bit shaky. Thank you Garry, you are welcome to take the camera whenever you feel the urge. Videos on TRSC Facebook page.
With the wind falling away at about 3.30pm RO Nigel 168 pulled a stop to racing and we all went home for a cuppa tea and a lie down.
Another great day on the water in the nice warm sun.
Enjoy Garry's photography
