Dull day, but nice at The Bus Stop.

Another top day at The Lake with eleven skippers out for another exciting session of fun racing.

A light, but fairly consistent NW breeze hung in for most of our races. Nigel 168 set a testing course that was well received by the fleet - it had a little bit of everything for everyone.

Ian 146 did a bit of early morning tuning and came out of the blocks to score some early wins. Perhaps his new battery had some peripheral influence on performance?

Bob 990 popped in a few wins and was sailing well.

Clive no number Dragon received a little bit of boat tuning assistance from a couple of the lads and he was off like a shot.

Bob 990 and Nigel 168 won today's RTW's and on both occasions the crowd on the bank went berserk.

Another top sailing day for the boys.

A few weeks ago a lady came down with the intention of sailing with us but she has not come back. I put a note on the Lakes message board inviting her back, but have had no response. If she shows up again we must be more welcoming. Her husband has a boat so she's ready to go.

Let's all look forward to a cracker day on Monday.

Report info from roving reporter, Nigel 168 - thankyou.
