Exceptional racing at The Bus Stop.
We continue to have good numbers sailing on club days, ten boats today and I know there are a lot just waiting for a bit more warmth in the air and they too will join us.
A spot on gated course from Nigel 168 and racing was under way. quick fire racing today as heaps of races were completed at a fast clip. The steady SW breeze helped, it was around 5knots with no holes. The gated course gave options left and right. Left was popular, but there were also some good tracks up the middle if you could spot them. It's nice to have the marks by the boardwalk included as it puts the action right in front of all the skippers. I heard a few - you hit the buoy and quacking sounds at the starts- calls as boats shot past.
Two RTW's today with Rob 501 sailing well and taking the first one while Pete 197 took the second one.
